Back to bin storageDo I have to pack the bins myself?
Yes. We deliver empty bins to your address at no charge. You pack them at home, then book a pickup when they’re ready.
What does pickup cost?
Standard packed-bin pickup is $10 plus $2 per bin. Faster pickup, where available, costs extra.
How do I get my things back?
Request a return and we’ll bring your bins back to you. Standard return is free with next-day delivery or a delivery window of four hours or longer. Faster returns cost extra. Service is available seven days a week, 8am–8pm.
Is there a minimum storage period?
Yes. Storage has a 90-day minimum. After that, you only continue paying for the bins you keep in storage.
