The Founding 300 is Binnit's early-customer program. We're inviting 300 Vancouver customers to use Binnit with a $300 credit and help us make the service better. In return, we'll ask for a few short pieces of honest feedback along the way.
What do you want from me?
Use Binnit as you normally would and tell us what you think. We'll ask for brief feedback after key parts of the experience — things like booking, delivery, pickup and getting a bin back. We're looking for honest feedback, not compliments.
Do I have to leave a review?
No. The Founding 300 is about helping us improve Binnit. There's no requirement to leave a positive review or post publicly.
How much does Binnit cost?
Binnit charges per bin, starting at $6/month for a small bin up to $12/month for a large one. Reserve one or more bins and pay only for what you store — and when you close out a bin, the unused portion of the month is pro-rated and refunded.
How many bins do I need?
A good guide is 5–10 bins per bedroom. As a rough range: studio / 1-bedroom 5–15 bins, 2-bedroom 10–20, 3-bedroom 15–30, and a small business / office usually starts around 10. Starting with a few extra is smart — unused bins can always be returned. You can start with one bin and add more whenever you need them.
